Christyl is a member of Element Fleet Management’s Operations leadership team responsible for Remarketing and Asset Management. She has 23 years of experience in various roles at Element, including the Commercial and Strategic Relationships teams. Christyl has led department integration strategies, grown productivity through the use of automation, process improvement and strategic portfolio planning, as well developed a technology roadmap to support growth and innovation. She is passionate about creating a client-focused culture aimed at delivering consistent service levels and producing tangible value for Element’s clients.
